Overview
Operate the Falcon 7X safely for the Solairus Aviation operation at Monterey Regional Airport (KMRY). Duties include checking aircraft maintenance status, preflight inspections, weather and airport planning, regulatory compliance, passenger and crew safety, and completing trip records. The role is on site and on call.
Responsibilities
- Exercise command responsibility with safety-first operational decision making.
- Lead crew coordination, briefings, and SOP-compliant flight operations.
- Maintain effective threat-and-error management throughout each duty.
Requirements
- 3,000 total flight hours; 1,500 PIC; 1,500 multi-engine land; 500 multi-engine PIC; 500 turbojet; 250 instrument. Type rated on Falcon 7X or comparable aircraft; first-class medical. Work on call and complete annual ICAO international-procedures training. Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KMRY, or willingness to relocate. The official qualification permits a comparable aircraft rating and does not require only a Falcon 7X rating.
