Overview
Lead the Gulfstream G650ER flight department at Van Nuys Airport (KVNY). Supervise crews and regulatory compliance, coordinate training and maintenance-related flights, manage schedules and records, and act as a point of contact for the client. The role is on call.
Responsibilities
- Support safe and compliant flight-operations leadership.
- Coordinate operational priorities, standards, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor performance and support continuous operational improvement.
Requirements
- 3,000 total hours, 1,500 PIC, 1,500 multi-engine land, 500 multi-engine PIC, 500 turbojet and 250 instrument. A G650 type rating and first-class medical. Demonstrated management and leadership experience, flight-operations training and budget management experience, and a college degree and/or advanced non-flight training. NBAA CAM certification or equivalent leadership training is preferred. Complete annual ICAO international-procedures training. Live within two hours of KVNY or relocate.
