Overview
The Captain operates the Falcon 7X for Solairus at Teterboro Airport, New Jersey, and New York Stewart International Airport in New Windsor, New York. Duties include checking aircraft readiness, planning flights, monitoring weather and alternates, protecting passengers and crew, and completing trip records. This is an on-site, on-call role.
Responsibilities
- Exercise command responsibility with safety-first operational decision making.
- Lead crew coordination, briefings, and SOP-compliant flight operations.
- Maintain effective threat-and-error management throughout each duty.
Requirements
- 3,000 total hours; 1,500 PIC; 1,500 multi-engine land; 500 multi-engine PIC; 500 turbojet; 250 instrument. A Falcon 7X or comparable type rating and first-class medical. On-call availability, annual ICAO international procedures training and residence within two hours of either base or willingness to relocate.
