Overview
Lead the Falcon 7X flight department at Monterey Regional Airport, supervising assigned personnel, regulatory compliance, crew scheduling, training, aircraft records and the relationship with the client. The post requires residence within two hours of KMRY or willingness to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Support safe and compliant flight-operations leadership.
- Coordinate operational priorities, standards, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor performance and support continuous operational improvement.
Requirements
- 3,000 total flight hours; 1,500 PIC; 1,500 multi-engine land; 500 multi-engine PIC; 500 turbojet; 250 instrument. Falcon 7X type rating and first-class medical. Management background with demonstrated leadership is required. Experience across flight-operations training, budget development and management, plus a college degree and/or advanced non-flight training. NBAA CAM certification or relevant leadership training is preferred. Work on call, complete annual ICAO international-procedures training, and live within two hours of KMRY or relocate.
