Overview
Join Vista America’s Flight Deck as a home-based Gulfstream G-IV or G450 Captain in the United States. The permanent full-time role reports to the Flight Operations Manager and follows a stable 15/13 schedule planned twelve months ahead, with training scheduled six months in advance. Travel takes place on the first and last scheduled workdays. The employer advertises first-year guaranteed base pay of USD 210,000 and total compensation potential of USD 262,825, plus specified incentives; the potential is not guaranteed pay. Responsibilities
Lead safe and professional flight operations and provide passenger service as a company representative; work with the Flight Operations Manager and operational support teams; maintain qualification, medical and flight-recency requirements for domestic and international operations.
Requirements
- ATP rated; First Class Medical; 4,000 fixed-wing hours, 3,000 PIC, 2,000 multi-engine, 1,000 turbine and 300 logged IFR. Gulfstream type rating preferred. No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in the last five years. Authorization to work in the United States and travel to/from all served cities/countries. Meet the advertised ICAO Annex1 international-operations standard. Advertised flight recency: 150 hours in the previous 365 days / 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
