Overview
Executive Jet Management is recruiting a Pilot in Command for a Citation X+ operated under its Part 135 certificate. The four-pilot account has a dedicated maintenance technician. The official job location is Wichita, Kansas; the employer explicitly accepts home-based applicants who live within a 90-minute drive of a major airport served by commercial airlines. Residence in Wichita is not stated as a requirement. The advertised rotation is 11 days on and 10 days off. The PIC has final responsibility for safe, compliant and efficient operation while delivering the employer’s passenger service standards. Responsibilities
Ensure compliant crew and trip assignments; complete flight planning, performance and weight-and-balance work; lead threat-and-error briefings; follow company SOPs; perform preflight and ground-servicing checks; brief and assist passengers; coordinate with crew and support personnel; maintain training and recency; report safety concerns through the company SMS.
Requirements
- Prior Part 135 experience. FAA CE750 type rating. Ability to perform essential job functions. Minimum flight time: 3,500 total; 1,500 multi-engine land; 2,000 PIC; 500 PIC multi-engine land; 300 instrument; 500 jet. Home-based applicants must reside within a 90-minute drive of a major airport served by commercial airlines.
