As a First Officer, you will have significant responsibilities and will receive active mentoring from experienced Captains to help you advance in your career. With the variety of roles we offer outside of flying, there are many opportunities to further define your career path within our company. Joining our motivated and dynamic pilot team, will allow you to create unforgettable travel experiences.
- Conduct pre-flight preparation, performance calculations, and operational briefing according to SOPs.
- Support safe and efficient flight operations in all phases of flight with clear CRM communication.
- Maintain strong procedural discipline, checklist accuracy, and threat-and-error management.
- Contribute to post-flight debriefing, reporting, and continuous operational improvement.
Full time working in the summer and part time in the winter with a total of 13 weeks off across the period
Ability to bid for some of the Winter time off
