Overview
Neos is adding first officers to its Boeing 777 and 787 operation as its intercontinental network grows. The recruitment covers pilots who already hold a type rating as well as those entering without one, but every applicant needs at least 2,500 total hours. Eligibility also includes an EASA Part-FCL licence, an EU Part-MED Class 1 medical, secondary-school completion, and unrestricted international travel. Italian proficiency is set at level 6, while English must be ICAO level 4 or better. Candidates must have no criminal record; contractual classification and compensation depend on qualifications, rating status, and demonstrated experience.
