Overview
Fly the SAS Connect Airbus A320neo fleet from London Heathrow for SAS Crew Services Ltd. Assessment combines CV screening, interviews, online tests and simulator evaluation. Employment is subject to security, licence and medical checks. Courses are planned from January 2027. Apply through the SAS careers portal.
Responsibilities
- Exercise command responsibility with safety-first operational decision making.
- Lead crew coordination, briefings, and SOP-compliant flight operations.
- Maintain effective threat-and-error management throughout each duty.
Requirements
- EASA ATPL and Class 1 medical; at least 4000 total hours and 1000 PIC hours on CS25 aircraft above 30 tonnes; ICAO English level 5; no accidents or incidents. A320 rating and UK work rights are preferred. Successful applicants may access licence-conversion assistance and UK visa sponsorship.
