Role Summary
Challenge Airlines is hiring a Captain on B767 to lead line operations and maintain high safety and performance standards. You will take command responsibility for decision-making, crew coordination, and threat-and-error management while delivering stable, SOP-driven operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead all flight operations with full command responsibility and safety-first decision making.
- Ensure SOP compliance, stable operations, and clear crew coordination in normal and abnormal scenarios.
- Manage threats, workload, and operational risk while maintaining high CRM standards.
- Drive briefing/debriefing quality and support crew development through consistent line leadership.

- Listed minimum total time: 6,000 hours

- Verify recency, medical, right-to-work, language, and application requirements before applying
