Overview
Buzz is recruiting experienced, non-type-rated first officers for Boeing 737 operations at bases across Europe, with training courses scheduled to begin in winter. This is explicitly an experienced-pilot vacancy rather than a cadet pathway. Successful applicants join a growing airline operation flying Boeing 737-800 and 737-8200 aircraft on a stable roster. The selection standard focuses on meaningful commercial multi-crew experience, current European licensing and medical documents, and readiness for airline assessment and transition training. Pilots who already hold a B737 rating may still enter through the non-type-rated route when their experience or recency does not meet the stated thresholds.
