Overview
Solairus Aviation is hiring for its KSJC operation in San Jose. This full-time role supports safe aircraft operations and client travel under company procedures. The Client Aviation Manager leads the flight department, supervising personnel, coordinating training and aircraft schedules, managing expenses and maintaining records and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Support safe and compliant flight-operations leadership.
- Coordinate operational priorities, standards, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor performance and support continuous operational improvement.
Requirements
- 3000 hours total; 1500 PIC; 1500 MEL, 500 MEL PIC, 500 turbojet and 250 instrument hours. Type rating on Praetor 600 required. Residence within 2 hours of KSJC or willingness to relocate. Proven management and leadership experience; budget management, personnel training and college degree or advanced non-flight training. NBAA CAM certification preferred. First-class medical and annual ICAO training required.
