Overview
Solairus Aviation is hiring for its KBED operation in Bedford. This full-time role supports safe aircraft operations and client travel under company procedures. Duties include checking airworthiness, conducting preflight inspections, reviewing weather and airports, complying with regulations, protecting passengers and completing flight records.
Responsibilities
- Exercise command responsibility with safety-first operational decision making.
- Lead crew coordination, briefings, and SOP-compliant flight operations.
- Maintain effective threat-and-error management throughout each duty.
Requirements
- 3000 hours total; 1500 PIC; 1500 MEL, 500 MEL PIC, 500 turbojet and 250 instrument hours. Type rating on Challenger 650 or comparable aircraft. First-class medical; on-call availability; annual ICAO international procedures training. Residence within 2 hours of KBED or willingness to relocate.
