Overview
Smartwings is recruiting B737 First Officers for scheduled, charter and worldwide ACMI operations. Contracts begin January–March 2027. Advertised bases are Bratislava (BTS) and Brno (BRQ), with Katowice (KTW), Warsaw (WAW), Budapest (BUD) or Prague (PRG) according to operational needs. The official pilot form offers First Officer and B737 options.
Responsibilities
- Support safe, efficient flight operations in accordance with company procedures.
- Contribute to flight preparation, briefings, monitoring, and crew coordination.
- Maintain disciplined SOP, checklist, communication, and CRM standards.
Requirements
- Class 1 medical; yellow fever vaccination; B737 type rating expired no more than one year; no break from flying over 12 months; ICAO English level 4 or above; unrestricted EU passport; no criminal or incident record; successful company selection screening; cooperation, CRM, communication, decision-making and situational awareness skills. Minimum 500 flying hours on B737 or aircraft in the same or a higher weight category.
