Overview
La Compagnie is recruiting first officers for its Airbus A321 fleet ahead of the planned opening of its Milan Malpensa base. The airline expects to contact shortlisted candidates from November 18. Selection days in Milan are December 1 and 2, 2026. Candidates who pass the technical and motivation assessments may be invited to a simulator assessment in Paris on December 9, 10 or 11. The advertised start is February 2027.
Responsibilities
Join the Airbus A321 flight deck as a first officer for the carrier’s transatlantic operation from the planned Milan Malpensa base.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL or CPL with frozen ATPL, current instrument and multi-engine qualifications, A320 type rating and EASA Class 1 medical. At least 1,000 hours total and 500 on Airbus aircraft, with Airbus fly-by-wire experience. ICAO English 5 and Italian 4 minimum, and legal right to work and live in Italy. The employer lists French proficiency and a valid U.S. entry visa as advantages. The posting also requires a clean accident and incident record, no criminal record and no security restrictions.
