Overview
Support the captain with safe, secure and efficient operations, flight preparation, navigation, independent terrain/weather monitoring, clear communication and professional crew conduct. Assume command according to company procedures if the captain is incapacitated.
Responsibilities
- Support safe, efficient flight operations in accordance with company procedures.
- Contribute to flight preparation, briefings, monitoring, and crew coordination.
- Maintain disciplined SOP, checklist, communication, and CRM standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2,500 total hours, 1,500 on multi-crew glass cockpit MPA and 1,000 on type. Flown A330 within 12 months; rating valid for at least two months at joining. Unrestricted ATPL or valid frozen ATPL from an ICAO member state; frozen ATPL holders need theory results and integrated course completion certificate. Current unrestricted Class 1 medical; under50 at joining; ICAO English4 or higher.
Benefits
42 days annual leave, staff travel, income protection, end-of-service benefits, accident and life cover, relocation support and education allowances up to AED40,000 primary or AED55,000 secondary per child for up to three children.
Compensation: Up to AED 513,732/year at 75 flying hours/month
