Overview
Solairus Aviation is recruiting a full-time Challenger 300 Captain for its Napa County Airport operation at KAPC, California. Duties include preflight aircraft and maintenance checks, weather and airport planning, safe flight operations, regulatory compliance, passenger safety and accurate paperwork. Applicants must live within a two-hour drive of KAPC or relocate, work on call and complete annual international procedures training.
Responsibilities
- Exercise command responsibility with safety-first operational decision making.
- Lead crew coordination, briefings, and SOP-compliant flight operations.
- Maintain effective threat-and-error management throughout each duty.
Requirements
- 3000 total hours; 1500 PIC; 1500 MEL; 500 MEL PIC; 500 turbojet; 250 instrument. Type rated on Challenger 300 or comparable aircraft. First-class medical. Residence within two hours of KAPC or willingness to relocate; annual ICAO international procedures training.
