Overview
Take command of assigned Embraer Phenom 300 flights from Teterboro, New Jersey. Lead flight planning and aircraft checks, ensure compliance with company and regulatory procedures, brief passengers, report safety issues and aircraft discrepancies, and complete trip documentation. The Lead Captain also mentors and reviews crew, coordinates training and schedules, and assists with hiring.
Responsibilities
- Exercise command responsibility with safety-first operational decision making.
- Lead crew coordination, briefings, and SOP-compliant flight operations.
- Maintain effective threat-and-error management throughout each duty.
Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot certificate and FAA first-class medical. At least 3,000 hours fixed-wing total, including 1,500 PIC, 1,500 multi-engine, 500 turbojet, 500 turbine, 100 night and 75 simulated instrument. High school diploma, valid driver’s license and clean driving record, variable schedule and unrestricted international travel. College degree preferred. Five years of aviation experience.
Benefits
