Overview
easyJet is recruiting existing A320-rated Captains for permanent contracts based at London Southend Airport. This 2027 campaign applies to London Southend only. Captains lead safe short-haul operations, make operational decisions and uphold standards for crew and customers. A319/A320/A321 Captains complete the standard easyJet operator conversion course. Applications close at 23:59 on 23 October 2026.
Responsibilities
Command safe and efficient flights; lead the crew and set operating standards; complete the operator conversion course and required company assessments.
Requirements
- Valid A320 type rating at joining; 4,000 total hours; 500 hours on A320 family; 500 PIC hours on jets over 30 tonnes MTOW by induction. UK CAA licence with valid A320 LPC at induction, UK CAA Class 1 medical, ICAO English level 4 and right to live/work in the UK with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA and easyJet network. Submit passport, CV with hours breakdown, licence, medical and last three logbook pages.
