Overview
The instructor delivers simulator and classroom training, briefs and debriefs pilots, evaluates performance and maintains training records. Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training and assessment within the scope of the advertised role.
- Maintain accurate standards, records, and feedback for each training activity.
- Promote consistent safety, procedural discipline, and professional development.
Requirements
- Current or previous EASA licence and at least 1,500 hours of multi-pilot time. Strong English communication, willingness to enter a training bond, ability to work a full-time roster and residence within commuting distance of Schwechat. Previous experience on a specific Vienna aircraft platform is not required.
