Overview
The instructor delivers A330 simulator sessions and, when required, ground instruction. Duties include briefings, documenting trainee progress, recommending remedial training, monitoring instructional currency and supporting course development. This is a part-time, on-call, fixed-term role in Mabalacat. The vacancy reference is 123200.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training and assessment within the scope of the advertised role.
- Maintain accurate standards, records, and feedback for each training activity.
- Promote consistent safety, procedural discipline, and professional development.
Requirements
- At least 2,000 hours PIC on a multicrew jet transport or 1,000 hours PIC on the relevant aircraft type. Hold or have held an ICAO-recognized ATPL with English Level 5 or higher and have at least two years of relevant aviation training, flight instruction or related experience. Meet the applicable regulator's simulator instructor experience requirements. CAE also requires working knowledge of aviation regulations, communication skills and fluency in English.
