Overview
Operate ACI Jet Citation XLS aircraft on behalf of Executive Jet Management’s Part 135 certificate, based at San Luis Obispo County Airport. Residence within a two-hour drive of KSBP is required. Coordinate with flight dispatch, maintain current electronic flight bags, conduct preflight planning and inspections, and deliver professional service to aircraft owners and clients. This is a full-time Flight Ops position with a published annual salary range of USD 145,000–200,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Operate safely and comply with company, manufacturer and regulatory requirements; coordinate with dispatch; deliver owner and client service; maintain EFB updates and flight-manual knowledge; conduct thorough preflight checks covering aircraft, documentation, fuel, weather, alternate airports, customs and permits.
Requirements
- 3,500 total hours; 2,000 PIC; 1,500 multi-engine; 500 multi-engine PIC; 300 instrument; 500 turbine. Valid pilot certificate with English-proficient endorsement and valid ATP rating; ability to maintain First Class Medical and a valid United States passport. Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of professional aviation experience. Teamwork in a high-stress environment, motivation and organization. Residence within two hours of KSBP. Aircraft type-rating requirement is not specified.
