Candidates who successfully pass the psychometric tests are invited to an in-person assessment, typically conducted in:
- Frankfurt (FRA)
- Helsinki (HEL)
The on-site day usually includes the simulator session and the interviews.
The briefing package provides typical pitch and power references for the A320.
