Role Summary

The First Officer supports the Captain in the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of aircraft. This role requires strong technical expertise, situational awareness, and adherence to international aviation standards. The First Officer plays a key role in ensuring passenger safety, operational excellence, and adherence to company procedures.

Working within a multicultural and dynamic environment, the First Officer contributes to delivering world-class service standards while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and safety.

Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in the safe operation of all assigned flights in accordance with aviation regulations and company policies
Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel calculations, and route evaluation
Perform aircraft inspections before and after flights to ensure airworthiness
Monitor aircraft systems and flight instruments throughout all phases of flight
Communicate effectively with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and cabin crew
Support decision-making in both normal and non-normal situations
Ensure compliance with international aviation regulations (ICAO, EASA, or equivalent)
Maintain accurate flight documentation and reports
Participate in safety and emergency procedures, including handling in-flight abnormalities
Uphold high standards of professionalism, discipline, and teamwork
Contribute to a strong safety culture by reporting hazards and incidents
Continuously maintain and improve technical knowledge and flying skills
Represent the airline with professionalism in all interactions with passengers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 500 hours on Airbus A320 (Simulator hours are excluded)
  • Current A320/IR ratings (combined) in a valid license
  • In case of CPL(A) license: ATPL theory completed (ATPL theory certificate issued by appropriate CAA or endorsed in the license.)
