Role Summary

Avion Express is hiring A320 captains to support their ACMI operations.
You will operate in a multicultural environment in different bases with a strong focus on SOP discipline, CRM, and flight safety.
This role is suited for pilots who are operationally sharp, adaptable, and comfortable in an international schedule environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead all flight operations with full command responsibility and safety-first decision making.
- Ensure SOP compliance, stable operations, and clear crew coordination in normal and abnormal scenarios.
- Manage threats, workload, and operational risk while maintaining high CRM standards.
- Drive briefing/debriefing quality and support crew development through consistent line leadership.

Requirements

• A320 type rating;
• Valid ATPL;
• Minimum 3000 hours total time;
• Minimum 250 Command hours on type A320F;
• 1500 PIC multi crew hours for ICAO license validation;
• Class 1 medical;
• Minimum English ICAO Level 4.
